It's a very good ranking and some names are to be carved in bronze: Greb, Robinson, Armstrong, Langford, Pep. Others are debatable.

I would remove two (Charles and McLarnin) to add two more: Fitzsimmons (one of the possible pound-for-pound Goats) and Walcott Barbados (dominator in his category in a really tough and competitive era, capable of beating even high-level heavyweights even though he was only a welterweight).
Maybe even Chavez, with his record of consecutive victories, 85.

Cheers. The discussion is long and unfortunately I have not read all the comments.

A Greb-Fitz fight could have been the goat fight of the story. In my opinion.

Its almost impossible to make an accurate all time list, as there is too much we don't know about the past. I prefer to rate fighters from the 70s onwards. So my list would be..

    1- Ali
    2- Duran
    3- Pacquiao
    4- Leonard
    5- Whitaker
    6- Mayweather
    7- Hagler
    8- Chavez
    9- Holmes
    10- Monzon
