Canelo cannot box for ****. Crawford has zero chances of knocking him out. Canelo will come forth and possibly get outboxed, but he will get the wranger gift decision.
The wranger looks nothing like his brothers, but the postman. They beat the living daylights out of him and created his granite chin along with the postman looks. This is Canelo's greatest skill, his ability to walk through flush power shots as if he wasn't hit.... and the decision goes to...
Crawford is around the same size as Canelo, however if he was remotely as strong as him he would've boxed around Middle / Super Middle ages ago for the P4P clout. Instead the man (somehow) fought as low as 135 and has spent years weight bullying and munching Conte scooby SNACs against naturally smaller men. If Canelo doesn't walk through him I'd be absolutely shocked.
Saw a post on X about how Canelo needed platform shoes to get to eye level with Crawford, so he's not that much bigger. You people know there's more to size than just height, right? (Hey, that rhymes). Thomas Hearns is taller than Mike Tyson, but there's no question Tyson is MUCH bigger than Hearns. IF Crawford manages to win (And that's quite a big if), he's #1 P4P in my book.
The only thing Canelo has over Crawford is size. If Crawford transitions well to 168, I think Crawford will win. We've never seen Crawford at SMW though so it's just wild speculation how the fight will go.
So now Crawford was weight bullying......lol.... Man the clownlike antics never seem to get old with fans. People claimed Crawford was too small for so many of his opponents like Felix Diaz, Jeff Horn, Jose Benavidez, Shawn Porter, Kell Brook, Errol Spence, Jr., Madrimov........too small in is so many analysis.....but now, he was 'weight bullying'. Now Canelo is shot and a shell of himself. People saying he can't box for *crap*. Now you saying Canelo should walk through him. Blah Blah Blah It's the same old 2 step being performed. Y'all discredit Crawford's previous accomplishments and opponents. Then try to put in the atmosphere all of the flaws that makes his up and coming opponent seem like they are well out of their prime so that you have an excuse to lean on when Crawford enters the ring and do what he has done to all of his previous opponents. Spending all your energy to hate a man who's done nothing but try to be great within the sport. If your favorite fighter was able to do what he's done, they would have did it...... That's the hard facts that makes these Man Fans get so emotional......lol.
I made 3 predictions before this weekend. 1. The Scull fight would be an absolute stinker. 2. Canelo would look bad. 3. Everyone will now re evaluate Crawfords chances. Not only can Crawford beat him, he might even style on him.
If Crawford comes to fight he is going to win some rounds but he is eventually gonna get hurt to the body. Canelo will land some hard shots on his arms and elbows and eventually break into the body. If Crawford doesn't go into survival mode I think he will take a beating and lose a UD or possibly get stopped late.
Canelo walks through Crawford. He couldn't put a dent in Madrimov at 154. What makes anyone think he will stop a guy who took Kovalev, Golovkin, and Bivol's best shots and didn't even flinch? Crawford is painfully inactive and 3 years older than Canelo, too, which is getting overlooked. I can see Bud putting on a clinic for maybe the first half of the fight, and as soon as the first clean shot lands, it's lights out. Weight classes exist for a reason. Canelo should've fought Benavidez, and Bud should've fought Ortiz or Ennis. It's a clown fight for casuals masquerading as the fight of the century.
Crawford doesn't match up well with Canelo. Crawford doesn't have the power to hurt him so he needs to win on points. Canelo will be perfectly fine with trading because he knows Crawford will break before he does. Crawfords only option is the move for 12 rounds and that's the problem. Crawford likes to fight. He likes to create exchanges and put himself in the danger zone so that his counters are more effective against an aggressive opponent. But it isn't going to work against Canelo.
Looks like a lot of people are going to hold Canelo in much higher regard than they currently do if he beats Crawford.
This, for someone who likes to make fun matchups, it’s pretty odd that Turki has a fixation on this fight. I’m predicting Bud fighting off the back foot the entire time throwing tentative 1-2s while Canelo does the usual slow, low output stalking. Fight ends with every judge having it 120-108 Canelo somehow.
