You would fade too if you were fighting a guy 20 pounds heavier than you. Calderon might lose this one. Cazares already anounced is his last fight at this weight. He can't make it no more. I think Calderon will make Solis and Sosa look like bums.

Nah that's not stupid . . . that's real. I'm not saying Cazares won the first fight . . . all I mean is it's an close ugly victory . . . and the crowd will certainly influence the judges again because it's in Puerto RICO AGAIN.

    What IDIOT . . . like you ????

He should stop fighting bigger guys and make that as an excuse why he is running.

The fact is . . . he has been running like a headless chicken even when he was fighting guys like his size before. :deal

I have to disagree.. he may "run" as you call it because he uses his legs but ive seen him fight before on undercards and he shown good skills and he does hit..

Yeah right . . . he uses his legs more than his fists.

We don't have to argue about that. :deal

Damn san rafael we disagree on another thing.

I have a strong feeling that Cazares will finish what he started in the last 3 rounds against Calderon in the first fight.

This is what I hate the most about this fight. If you see Calderon's record, most of the time he weighed in at 1 pound under the 105 limit. He agrees to go up to 108lbs to fight Cazares. One condition, Cazares couldn't weight more than 118lbs @ 9am the day of the fight. Calderon showed up at 107lbs. Cazares made 107.75lbs at weight in. 118lbs the next morning. And 131lbs right before the fight. After that fight Calderon has made two defenses of his belt. Cazares fought only one time and it was at 112lbs. But without even fighting at 108lbs they made him a MANDATORY CHALLENGER. Meaning, Calderon's team not only have to go to a MANDATORY REMATCH. But they can not even ask for any weight limits to protect their fighter.
If I was Calderon I put that belt in the trash can and go challenge someone else. The WBO obviously want Cazares to have that belt. I smell something very wrong here.

Certainly a possibility, this fight is a tough to call. I'm not at all completely sure, but I think that Ivan is going to stay more relaxed this time and waste less energy. He'll be less focused on giving a crowd pleasing performance in the early going, and stick to a tighter envelope. It will be a more efficient fight, and probably less exciting than the first - but you could definately be right about this, BEN. Cazares has the ability to turn things on a dime here.
