Unless you're a friend or family member or trainer of Dave Allen / part of the training team, how would someone know he hasn't been training properly?

 

He was hammered at the Dalton Smith 3 weeks ago which wasn't a good sign and he looked out of shape at the face off yesterday.

 

He played in some charity football game at Rossington the other week and he had a big gut on him and looked out of shape.
