    Wild fight. Wide punches flying over... I think Freitas was better though, and at his prime he had an actual heart (look at the Barrios fight), I would place a bet on Popó by knockout, if this was Popó with his first coach Doria, and not the puerto rican that changed his style later, making him box more and tried to change his dna... he was a wide slugger, no point in changing that later in the career...

    I would've thought a more aggressive Freitas would've actually played into Escalera's hands, whereas a more varied approach might've thrown in a mon-key wrench into things.

    Damn close to a true 50/50, IMO anyway. I can't split them, I'd say they go 1-1-1 over a trilogy.

    Freitas was a confused fighter when he tried to box. He didn´t look confortable.
