Hope all will be okay for Ginjiro Shigeoka... two wars with Pedro Taduran is really too much even Rene Mark Cuarto was not the same after and preferred to change his gameplan and run all the rematch that to fight hand to hand with Pedro Taduran in the rematch.

    Round 12 Leo 10-9

    116-112 Leo

The opening rounds were reserved in terms of action. From the 5th round onwards the fight was pretty entertaining. Kameda fought very well and surprised me in how composed he was during the entire duration of the bout. Just that, Leo was always one step ahead of him for the majority of the fight, and that earned him the decision. Although I was surprised to see that many people on twitter had it close or had Kameda winning, I just don't see it.

I would like to see Leo against Espinoza next. Both are with Top Rank and the winner of that could face Inoue next year. :chuck:

According to this, Shigeoka regained consciousness, but appears he is still in the hospital.

Retirement is his only option. Just hope that everything goes well for him and he can return to a normal life with his family.

    Round 1 Leo 10-9

Mostly a feel out jab centric round, Leo nicked it with some hooks to the body.

    Round 1 Leo 10-9
    Round 2 Leo 10-9

Most of Kameda's jabs are falling short. Leo's jabs aren't, he's more consistent with the left hook anywhere he can land it.

    Round 1 Leo 10-9
    Round 2 Leo 10-9
    Round 3 Leo 10-9

Kameda getting more aggressive and coming forward, but Leo is countering him off the backfoot and that's inbetween lunging in and landing several left hooks and uppercuts off the front foot.
