Fair play to Balogun for getting up and carrying on, but this fight won't last much longer.

Kind of surprised Balogun made it out of the round

This fight was completely unnecessary and Itauma gains nothing by running over a low-level opponent...

Itauma needs to step up his opposition next!

Itauma puts him down twice in the second, ref waves it off immediately after 2nd KD

Moses Itauma will apparently headline in London next in August/September against unbeaten 40 year-old Albanian heavyweight Nelson Hysa (22-0 (20KOs)).

I've said there's no need to rush the kid but jesus, how can you hold him back when he's doing that?!

Maybe I'm looking too closely at things, but Itauma looked to be puffing quite a bit between the rounds. He is so incredibly explosive but I'm not sure how long he can sustain it, we don't know as of yet because he hasn't fought anyone that can stretch him.

Seemed okay to me. The kid is 20 and only had like 10 fights. no need to rush him. Impressive performance.

Hysa will end up similar to Balogun, there are levels in this sport and Itauma needs an opponent who will test him and give him rounds...

What is actually next for Itauma? I wouldn't mind seeing him against someone like Franklin who took Whyte and Joshua 12 rounds.
