Very bad and unnecesary fight for Hrgovic in this moment. Hope he dont take it.
Win with Itauma give him nothing in that moment and loss with this Young fella give him very bad press.
He should wait and see if Itauma have some weakness like not best chin or stamina.
If Itauma got strong chin he will be favorite in this moment with Filip because he will be quicker in the ring + he is probably strong puncher. Filip became slower last times and he got bad defence. Took another fight with big puncher is not good deal for him. We must remeber that he already fight with 2 strongest puncher in the division already. Eating too much punishment without good award is just bad.
Better wait and see what Itauma show in higher level. Maybe he got some weakness that would give more hope to belive Filip can win with him.

Bad moment for Hrgovic to try this way imo

I like to see Itauma vs Huni at this moment in time. Might be interesting

If i was Huggy bear i wouldn't want a fight with Itaunma next, high risk low reward for him

Chisora fought dirty in that match; he put Usyk in a headlock in early rounds.

So after Itauma has feasted on the corpse of Whyte and been knocked out cold in sparring by a sparring partner ahead of the Franklin fight.

Does anyone really think he beats Hrgovic? I have my doubts now that his mandible has the iron fortitude required to pass such a test.

Is that confirmed or a rumour? The sparring, and was that before the postponement or after?

The rumour and currently it is only that still was that he got dropped, not sparked out

Itauma has no desire to fight at all, let alone Hrgovic...

We know very little about Itauma still. Hopefully he'll be more active this year.

Depends on where the fight is held. If its in England he secures an early British stoppage. In neutral territory theres a good chance the fight goes late and not only will his chin be tested, but his stamina and heart will be as well.

Hrgovic has a great chin but his extreme susceptibility to cuts may cost him dearly here.

I would expect if Moses has the gas tank he would be able to get past Herg

The cause of the postponement on good authority is that he was heavily concussed from sparring.

The concussion protocol requires that you take 2 weeks non-contact and rest, and assess at various stages.

How do you not rate Hrgovic? He's big, strong, he's got solid all around boxing skills, he has the most accurate right hand in the division, and he's got the best chin in the division.

His problems are that he slows down a lot second half of a fight, he cuts REALLY easily, and that unfortunately he only has average power for a heavyweight. If he had the power of DDD or Wardley, he'd have long since been a world champ, because nobody can land that right hand like he does.

If you want a test for Ituama, this is it. Hrgovic can fight at a high pace for the first six rounds (he threw over 500 punches in his first six rounds against Adeleye I think), he's going to hit Ituama with more right hands than he's ever been hit with in a fight (probably more than he's been hit with in his entire career). If Ituama has a bad gas tank or chin, he could be in real trouble.
