Lets say there is a competition of the best in their prime, whoever can make 200lb, same day weigh in. Who comes out on top? Dempsey Marciano Louis Frazier Holyfield Toney Spinks Moorer I don't think there is anyone else. I don't count Byrd, Haye, Usyk as they weighed more even by modern cruiser limit (with weight cutting).
Hi Buddy. Entirely agree, good points. Forgive my bringing this up here and now, but what is the point of a poster being banned ? seems they can still post, and still reply to posts, although I have been here for a little while, it's always puzzled me. thanks, stay safe , chat soon. Mike.
Hi JT. Ok so, all I have seen is the banned letters in red on a strip below the name, is that what you mean ? haven't seen a flag ? well I don't think I have.
Hi Mike. We'll call it a red strip. If that is present they cannot post any which way mate i.e. Grouch or whatever his name is would not be able to post right now. He'd be able to enter the site not logged in and see threads in here but not post. That's my take.
Well, it doesn't to appear to be in place ? Grouch posted today @ 5-48 talking about Cooney and Shavers, all ok no bad comments, but the banned " strip " was in place, so he must have been banned for some remarks from a earlier post ? if that was the case how did today's post get on the forum ? Confusing no !
When people get banned the offending posts are often removed. There's no chance he's posted since being banned unless I've misunderstood the concept for decades.
@Mike Cannon it's impossible to post while banned. Grouch2 didn't do that and was banned after that post was made. If you've got questions of this nature feel free to message me, or to ask a question in Suggestions and Requests, but yeah do try to avoid these discussions on the open forum.
Agreed. I would even take the 2012 lightheavy olympic gold medalist version of Uysk. He went pro right after with a 335-15 amateur record with almost all of his losses from when he was a teenager.
