    Maybe.

Or maybe Teo, who's been maddeningly inconsistent, doesn't put it altogether on fight night and struggles with Haney's action nullifying tactics.

We'll see. I like Teo by decision, incidentally.

    I don't know about that.

Is Haney's chin granite? No, but a drug enhanced Garcia let loose some shots that would have dropped a lot of guys that night.

I'm favouring Haney in this one. Stylistically I think he's problematic for Teo, who's tended to look good when opponents come to him but has struggled when he has had to be the fighter who pressed.

By nullifying tactics, you mean excessive holding? Hopefully they get a ref that won allow that.

Holding, smothering Teo on the inside, fighting in an overly conservative manner to reduce the frequency of exchanges etc.

I don't find those tactics particularly appealing, but they're employed because they can be effective in neutralizing an opponent's offense.

And in fairness, while Teo has been brilliant in spots at 140lbs, he's scarcely been an offensive juggernaut at the weight.

Yeah, Teo definitely needs to learn to cut the ring off. He has the tendency to follow his opponent around. This could turn out to be another terrible fight.

Shame. Haney would cry nonstop after Teo beat his ass. This would also show the triangle theory of the sport between Teo, Kambosos, and Haney.

To all the people saying Lopez is 'the lesser of two evils': you all forget that Lopez is racist pos? Dude still can't even accept he lost to Kambosos and is embarrasing to listen to. Would love Haney to win. Still... I've got Teo by decision or late KO.
