    One thing you really need to get better at is adjusting the sound. It has often been so bad that I have given up watching a VIP Show.

    Good luck with the card and the production ! :)

    @STEVE WOOD no offence but all your shows are always full of mismatches. It's just always your prospects versus journeymen with losing records. It's offputting.

    Steve has title fights on too for kids that are ready...it's the game!

    yeah but Wood seems to do it more than other UK promoters. Often the entire card if prospects vs fighters with losing records. Too much padding.

    I'm not saying throw them in the deep end early, but you know gradually step them up. Someone like Jake Abrol who's 12-0-1 should be facing fighters with winning records by now.

    Look at this Zelfa Barrett card, of the 10 fights, 8 of the opponents have losing records and the only 2 that don't . is a 19-10-2 record in the main event, and a 4-1.

    I agree and don't understand why anyone would criticize VIP's matchmaking when you consider the very limited budget.
