Similarly, what would you say are the criteria for a fighter to get into the Hall of Fame?

without a shadow of a doubt.

I mean, even Timothy Bradley got in recently!

Of course he’s getting in. There is no set criteria. Fighters get in for different reasons. Loma will get in because he was an elite level fighter for nearly a decade (P4P best at a time as well), won titles in multiple weight divisions, displayed high level skills, and did all of it in under 30 fights.

He was one of the best and most interesting fighters in recent memory. If he's not getting in, basically no one is getting in.

Of course he is. He's done enough to be considered and he'll get in on his first year of eligibility. Fastest 3 weight champion, a highly decorated amateur background, and was ranked in the Top 10 P4P best fighters for a few years.

I sense an upcoming video on Lomachenko. Looking forward to hearing your overall thoughts on Loma's boxing career.

Yes 100%. Him retiring & Usyk on the way out is the end of an era. They were the flag bearers for that great EE wave of fighters Beterbiev, Kovalev, GGG etc.. only Bivol left really after that.

I mean if they let commentators in and all they do is talk about boxing, surely someone with Loma's abilities and achievements gets in without hesitation.

I know the HOF is meant really for the pros but Loma is the best amateur boxer in history. Throw in the fact he’s I believe TIED for the fastest to get a world title in only three fights. Plus several of the amazing performances he had in the pros.

Hell yeah he is a Hall Of Famer. He’ll definitely be missed. Very entertaining boxer.

This. A wonderful golden generation. Shame that the USA boxing business managed to screw them and undervalue them to the point of egregious robberies (Kov, GGG, Loma - would even add Korobov to this list too - another potential generational great who was sidelined for years, and still came off the bench to beat Charlo).

great fighting men. Criminally undervalued one and all.

Lomachenko has no 1 "great" win. You'll hear "3 weight classes" or whatever vague thing it is because he never really accomplished any one special thing that you could point to and remember him by. So many other guys in the HOF had to do so much more than what he did to get there. I mean look at what Ezzard Charles had to do then look at what Lomachenko did. Lots of Lomachenko's in boxing history who will never be remembered. If we are all being truthful he belongs in the hall-of-very-good.

Sadly, I wish he had waited another 6 weeks or so before retirning. Not sure I'll have the time to get to it any time soon.
