At the end of the day , it was close to end of Ramadan and Adam wouldn't of had a full camp after fasting ect ..

Main thing is he keeps active and steps up this year, apparently a big fight for him in Aug/Spet let's see ..

 

I think his last fight was decent step up too , the guy fought Boots Ennis only a few fights before ..

But it's been strange since then because that was back in Feb , Ben has had alot time to find another opponent then gives him a keep busy fight on 2 weeks notice in June ..

Anyway if I was Adam I would run my contract with Boxxer then sign with Queensbury .. Frank would take his career to the next level ..

 

If they only have a small roster of main event fighters you can easily find free agents to fight on the undercards. People jump at the chance to fight on Sky. Probably work out better too as you’re not contractually obliged to people.

Apparently cancelled because Chavez used a sauna to make weight, which is a ridiculous reason IMO. Apparently it is fine to put on a few layers and run on the treadmill to sweat out the weight, but using a sauna (which is probably safer) isn't.

Have the BBBC got previous for cancelling fights for this reason?

 

I don’t know what Azim’s contract says, but if Fast Eddie has anything left in the tank, he should open his cheque book and get him signed

 

Yeh it’s weird, it’s like a yarde situation , steps up to a decent level and gives a good account of himself, then receeds back to fighting journeymen, in azims case it’s even worse because he stepped up to a good level and won easily- that’s his level now build on it - these weird,pointless fights aren’t a good look
