Anyone betting for Sean here? Personally I think its gonna be a big surprise how well Sean does compared to last time but I think Merab will edge it out, again I would not be surprised by an early Sean KO though punchers chance is a scary thing.

I have a golden rule for betting that i never side with a guy that has fought less.

Sean has been absent since their last fight. Merab only fought once. but he's been far busier. Maybe Sean makes adjustments , but he loss last time by a landslide, so idk how he's going to curve it so much.

Honestly, round 1 and 3 were closer than people like to admit.

Round 1 Sean pieced him up on the feet for 3 straight minutes and because merab kneed him against the cage and got a take down apparently we just ignore that. Oh and a dog**** submission attempt.

Merab clearly won 2 & 4 clearly and 3 close. Sean won 5 and 1 close IMO.

However I don’t see O’Malley getting the win. The surgery, the inactivity, it just doesn’t bode well. There is the chance he lands something big or improves his takedown defence, but I wouldn’t bet on it

After watching the first fight, it's evident that Sean can't beat this guy
Merab's Judo and wrestling skills and strenght is greater than Sean's
Style makes fights and this style is all wrong for o'Malley

I think O'Malley learned from the first fight, I think his takedown defense will be on point in the rematch and he scores the KO.

Agree, thinking of past champs/contenders and the current division. He mauls them all.

Dj would give him a good fight, he wasn't a gasser. if he moved up in weight.

Would be a fun fight. Merabs natural physical strength would probably be too much for Mouse in the grapple and punches, he is a strong dude. Mouse coming up although similar skill struggles match that grapple strength. Similar to how Henry looked out of his depth at this weight. in his comeback. .

Be a boring fight with loads of hugging, glad Merab exposed Sean though.
