Povetkin was losing on all 3 scorecards before being KOed, won the maximum of 2 rounds, didn't outland AJ in even 1 round, what do you mean he was outboxing him, lol.

I don't know if it was the third best, but it was hella good with some exciting fights, drama, plot twists, good characters and personalities and damn good boxers.

The 60s is a contender for third, similarly the late 30s and 40s as it was a stacked era.

People can say what they wish about Mr. Martin but I remember when he came here to my home village and used our gym and shower room whereby it was so extensive the thing that was there which made us blush and perambulate on our bearings. We respect so much ever after.

Judges gave Povetkin 2 rounds exactly I think. I watched it twice and I always thought it was close in the first 6 rounds but it's kinda irrelevant because AJ stopped him brutally anyway.

Heavyweight has only been good for the last couple or so years. Anyone who brings up the Fury-Wilder trilogy is seemingly oblivious to how it tied both men up for 3 years. The only reason Fury fought Whyte and Usyk was because of the ridiculous purses.
And then Wilder dropped the ball against Parker, after doing nothing at all for 2 years.

The saving grace of this era has been Uysk.

Meh. Povetkin had a good start, but Joshua picked it up after the 4th round. And Povetkin simply could not keep up.
And "in his prime" Povetkin put in several bad performances himself, like; Wlad, Huck, Boswell.

At the end of the day, Joshua needed just 7 rounds to get rid of Povetkin.

Because Povetkin was gassed and 39. Let's see what aj looks like at 37. Prime Povetkin wipes aj who will be exposed in due time. I can't wait when Dubois starts losing left and right to the new prospects it will be glorious

What do you mean by "wipe"? I presume you mean KO. Well, like I said, a "prime" Povetkin, who was similar age to that of Joshua - well he actually struggled to stop more experienced opponents. He needed 11 rounds to stop old, shopworn Chris Byrd.
And do you know why this is? Because the younger Povetkin was a far more measured boxer than the older one. Old Povetkin became a rather explosive puncher, who would fight in bursts - kinda like Jean Pascal. The was in start contrast to how he boxed in his physical prime.

So in his physical prime, Povetkin would have had a very different approach to a fight with Joshua. Also, at the age of 32, Povetkin badly gassed in his fight with Huck, a Cruiserweight. So it´s not like his stamina issues suddenly developed just for the Joshua fight.
There is no guarantee of victory, had Povetkin been younger.

That veteran version of Chris Byrd would've beaten old Povetkin when an overweight Hunter pretty much got it done. David price almost KO'd Povetkin in 2018. He was not a better fighter i see it with my own eyes, he physically declined and had to compensate by being more reserved

You completely failed to understand my comment, I never said that he was a better boxer at older age.
It´s like talking to a boxrec warrior.
Also, the Byrd I talked about, he was 37 at the time, so just two years younger than Povetkin when the latter fought Joshua. That Byrd would not have beaten an old Povetkin, as he was completely washed up.
