Sometimes we focus too much on size. Dubois is big and powerful and can definitely destroy big targets that stand in front of him, but he isn't that much of a great boxer. That why small Lerena that certainly isn't an ATG put him on his ass a few times. Usyk is certainly facing a challenge in Dubois, but moreso if it had been Kabayel or Opetaia

Dubois was written off by the vast majority on this forum before the fight with Joshua, so I will keep the opinion that Dubois will knock out Usyk.

    Fury. Usyk said so himself.

I'm surprised how relaxed some Usyk fans are about this fight. Usyk fans should be quite concerned about it. Usyk is older than he's ever been and facing someone who has nothing much to lose and is dumb enough not to have any demons from the first. He can also end a fight quickly. Usyk could make some mistakes with Fury and he did, because Fury isn't a huge puncher despite what Kronk idiot told him.

If Dubious lands some shots as clean as Fury did in the first, Usyk is on the floor and will get up trying to survive. Of course Dubious isn't as skilled as Fury and it's harder for him to land those shots but he still has athletic ability and Usyk can make mistakes.

Definitely seems like a risky operation for a 38 year old who relies on speed and skill and winning on points. For the moment Fury was the hardest even though apparently AJ is better and Usyk can't compare them properly after fight each twice.

He destroyed Lerena whilst seriously compromised on one good leg. Yes the nature of the stoppage was controversial because it came right at the end of the round and the ref didn't give Lerena a chance to recover like he would've had the roles been reversed but he did drop and hurt the smaller, faster and more mobile man with a vicious sequence of shots and 2 of the KDs Lerena scored in round 1 were due to Dubois voluntarily taking a knee because of the torn ACL he suffered during the first KD

Obviously Dubois is a better much improved fighter since then and Usyk is 38.5 y/o and has had 2 tough fights and 3 gruelling long camps since then

Dubois has crazy heavy hands, is very well schooled and technically sound, and he's actually pretty fast for such a big powerful man.

That's the most impressive thing about Usyk slaying all these giants, especially at his age, they aren't just younger/much younger than him they're fast/pretty fast athletic and coordinated, skilled and powerful or extremely powerful, not slug slow unathletic Frankenstein's monsters

There is definitely no relaxing all it takes is one punch to change everything.

    Many? Are there any!?

Usyk's achievements in the sport are genuinely nigh-on unparalleled. I do wish he hadn't had so many rematches though, could you imagine if he had beat Chisora, Joshua, Dubois, Fury, but then also beaten say Parker, Zhang and Wilder (or equivalents) instead of the 3 rematches. A ridiculous gauntlett to run of names and I would have favoured him to do it.

No, the first Dubois fight was one of his easiest, and I can't see this being any different unless Usyk has fallen off a cliff in terms of speed and agility. His fight IQ is on a completely different planet to Dubois, and I still think the jury is out on Dubois, who got his face jabbed off by Joe Joyce. Hrgovic and Miller are extremely limited, and Joshua was shot to pieces. I also think Dubois has gone from lacking self-esteem and underrating himself to being too overconfident after beating Joshua, which will work against him against Usyk.
