The problem is modern guys have better nutrition, training and overall they’re much stronger and fitter. So even though Moore is the greater fighter I don’t think he could deal with someone as fit, strong and polished as Bivol.

Wouldn't shock me if Bivol got a decision. Guys like a machine. Yeah it's all textbook technique an nothing exciting or crowd pleasing an fighters like that will never make the lists of greatest fighters ever but that textbook technique along with the right mindset

Having said that my money would still be on Moore. He was a special fighter

Bivol has a shot but it's hard to not favor Moore

    He would do very well.

Moore's fortress like defense is good for fending off linear, easy to read single shots, but not always good at dealing with flurries or fast shots from odd angles. Bivol had quick hands and threw with an odd rhythm.

I also see a few similarities between Burley and Bivol. The low up jab and bladed stance occasionally used by Bivol, although Bivol certainly threw a lot more than Burley.

Bivol's ring general ship, stamina, and technique are old world class and much higher than the average Moore opponent. I think win or lose, Moore would have to dig deep to win.

I think for all the “hardcores” around here with so much wisdom saying Bivol has “a shot” embarrassing, I can’t say it any other way then Moore winning how he wants this is a true pro fighting a guy who basically never developed since his amateur career. Perspective? See Taylor vs JCC Snr for what happens when a pro fights an amateur (If you think Taylor was really winning you may need to rethink how you score or what you know about boxing…) he’d bust Bivols chops to pieces.

He fought as hard as an Olympian “tap tap” could but if that was Moore he’d find his teeth on the canvas.

Assuming Moore could take those "tap tap" don't underestimate someone just because you don't like their style

Not very well imo,he isnt as good as several Moore victims like Johnson and Bivins,he's a decent boxer in an average division.

I think hed do well but Archie is one of the GOATs.. you look at the list of Fighters he beat & you can't compare that to Canelo & going 1-1 with a 40 yr old Bivol... Moore is way more proven. Gotta go with Moore at his best.
