I think this an accurate assessment of what is most likely to occur. And let's not forget, as usual, Canelo is the younger man at 34 versus Crawford at 37.

    LOL! :lol::lol:

The Canelo today is MUCH more dangerous and seasoned than the one floyd beat. So… that ‘blueprint’ won’t work if crawford tried to use it.

Bud is also 38 the month of the fight, so he has an excuse due to his age, especially as lighter fighters don't usually age as well as heavier weight categories!! lol

Canelo today is a much slower, older, one dimensional version than the one Floyd beat.

But might not having his camp go easier on the weight cutting and diet possibly HELP Bud? I've seen heavyweights (who have the freedom to pick what weight they show up at) discuss this.

Bud isn’t a safety 1st pot shotter like the fragile fisted Money May was when he fought Canelo.

Bud gets it out the Mud & mixes it up
He is a blood & guts fighter 1st & foremost.
He will either KO Canelo or die trying.

No chance he uses Floyd's so-called "Blueprint". That' not his style, and it suggests that's the only way to beat Canelo. 3G didn't need to use it when he beat canelo but got robbed. Bivol didn't need to when he schooled Canelo. At TC's age, his style is what it is. He's not going to change things up for the biggest fight of his career.

Crawford is going to beat Canelo at 168 pounds. When he does you will be looking for your usual excuses. What will it be this time? Is he tight at the weight, did chasing Scull take it out of him,, maybe age 9(forgetting Bud is older), to much mileage, he is not the same anymore etc. Perhaps Crawford wins because he is better is the one factor you need to really consider.

Spacey would put a butt whipping on Canelo. You know what I mean.

I don't get Canelo accusing Crawford of running; hence the 18' ring. Bud will take a few rounds to see what Canelo brings to the party. Then the party starts.

Just realized so many people will be working with Bud behind the scenes for this fight. Floyd, Andre ward, all giving him tips on how to beat Canelo.

Crawford doesn't fight like Floyd and Canelo is a better fighter than the version of him who face Floyd so why would he need to watch that film?

Canelo was outboxed by multiple opponents, not just Floyd. Lara, Bivol, even Amir Khan for a few rounds had success. Crawford and his camp will prepare him to handle business as a world class fighter should. I highly doubt he's running to YouTube or anything to find Floyd's work vs Canelo. Crawford isn't going to reinvent himself and learn a new style. He's going to do what he's done and lean on his IQ, quickness and timing to neutralize Canelos speed and power.

Canelo is flat foot.....we have seen multiple times what Crawford does to a flatfooted opponent. Look at his fights vs Diaz, Benavidez, & Spence for example.

He'll be alright without a Floyd blueprint.

Canelo simply wants his opponent to sit in front of him. It keeps him from having to match his footwork vs his opponent and the conditioning factor isn't a hinderance in the ladder rounds. He can see what Crawford does with his opponents especially going into the second half of the fight. As the A-Side, it would be smart for him to attempt to push his preferences in all factors he can.

Truthfully I think he needs to spend less time or ring size conversations and more time on convincing the public he's going to be clean for this fight. Crawford has twice posted that they did random tests to make sure he isn't taking anything, yet, we got crickets from Canelo.

People want to point at Crawford for supporting a SNAC t shirt and things, but has never once failed a drug test.... Meanwhile Canelo has on record failing twice but no one is questioning his preparation for his biggest matchup since the first GGG fight.....in which indulged in his 'Mexican meat'......
