Instead of fighting Roy Harris in 1958, Brian goes back in time and scraps with Patterson. Could Patterson overcome the size difference?
Patterson stops him after beating him up mid-rounds, in Denmark however, he stops him, but they deem the damage was done by Patterson telepathically headbutting him, Nielsen win DQ.
Poor Brian always gets underrated, but he's the guy to equal Marciano's streak. Even Sugar Nicky and Malignaggi coudn't do it. There was also this guy who lost to Spinks twice, but his name eludes me at the moment.
A good portion of it fat. Nielsen wasn't a bad fighter. That said, Buster Mathis was also taller, fatter, and heavier than Floyd (though perhaps Nielsen had a bit more muscle under there), and also wasn't a bad fighter, but I'd still favor Floyd over Mathis. I don't think the size advantage alone would be enough.
Patterson by decision or late ko. Floyd's hand speed and counter punching has him winning the fight on the card s.
