Well we know Berlanga comes in at that weight. Doesn't that negate your entire point?

Berlanga also wouldn't be able to get himself down to 160. Being weight bully is part of his game. Hamza said in an interview this week that he would have taken the rematch against Adames at 160 but Adames priced himself out. Berlanga can't even consider 160.

Sheeraz will probably stop Berlanga, Berlanga is tailor made for him, but i have a hard time seeing him beating Pacheco and Iglesias. And when Janibek moves up he's screwed

I disagree, that one small meal a day is what gave him all his advantage. He is not good enough to win like he used to win without this "one small meal". At 168 he will still be big, though, he wil have to be hungry to make 168, so he will still have some advantage. His boxing is not enough, that's what I mean. The very moment he starts fighting fighters his own size, he will be sparked once and again and again

By bigger on the scales, do you mean taller? Because they will both come in at the limit.

By bigger in the ring, we can expect Berlanga to be 193 pounds since thats what his fight night weight vs Canelo was. Is there going to be proof that Hamzahs fight night weight will be heavier than that? You're saying he's going to be heavier than that right? I'll await that proof and then I'll be surprised.

I bet Berlanga will miss weight in his next 3 fights, probably this one. I am also certain that he will outgrow 175 in the next 4 or 5 years.

There is a limit to how much one can gain after the weigh-in. Berlanga reportedly put on 25lbs by the time he was in the ring with Canelo. There is no way that Sheerass can outdo this by any significant margin.

Berlanga is bigger. Much denser, more thick-set, and comes into the ring absolutely massive. People forget that Hamzah used to weigh in at 154. Berlanga would have to cut off a limb to make 154 at any point since he ht puberty. Berlanga is the bigger man. Also, Sheeraz kinda sucks. Like, he's a really average fighter whose skillset is very pedestrian apart from being super long. And his chin seems pretty shaky, we've seen him rocked by guys way worse than Berlanga who hit way less hard. An ancient Bradley Skeete had him on ***** Street for crying out loud, and even Ammo Williams had him hurt. Berlanga is seriously gonna mess up Sheeraz.

If Sheeraz has actually been struggling to make weight as much as being made out, I wouldn't be surprised to see him much improved with a less harsh cut. Everything from his movement, power to chin should be better if he doesn't have to spend most the camp cutting weight and depleted

I agree , cutting a lot of weight weakens the body. But the reason he looks lackluster is his defense

Hamzah was dead at 154 against Skeete moved up and looked way better for a bit.
Won't be surprised if weight cutting hurt him at middleweight and he looks much better there too.

Weight bullying is great until your body can't keep the weight down and you lose your strength.

Hamzah will look bigger imo, he probably is the bigger man naturally despite starting at 154

Basically 2 C-rate cruiserweights who boil themselves down to the bone to make 168. It should be an entertaining fight, though; I'm actually looking forward to it.
