LOL I’m a Dempsey fan have been since my Pa and I watched a documentary together when I was teen… I’d happily debate JD vs Liston, Frazier, Baer, Schemling and Marciano he’d do probably beat all those guys spectacularly or lose to some of them spectacularly… todays 168lbs-175lbs scene would be dead meat against the Mauler but a consistent HW today he would not be, Willard was a durable SHW sized guy the minimum we can say is JD can hurt ANYBODY badly if he hits them clean but regularly tussling with fighters up to 80lbs heavier? - Bakole would be a good shout for JD to beat honestly, immobile, lumbering and fearless he’d have a shot at kamikazing that guy but otherwise he’ll eventually get rolled by a fringe guy as a matter of the law of averages.

Parker may beat Frazier, but he'd have no chance against Freizer. That guy could fight.
