Yeah he lost his freaking mind with Oscar. I'm not he biggest Oscar fan but he was a hell of a fighter and better than Berlanga will ever be.

    • Khataev = overrated basic plodding pressure fighter, (+drug cheat?)

    • Morrell = idk, he definitely isn't among the most boring Cuban boxers. He's high-output but very slappy at times. I'm just not that into him. :nusenuse:

    • Sheeraz = still unconvinced and leaning toward him being a completely empty hype job. Stinky style; Adames was his opportunity to distinguish himself as elite and he didn't do that.

    • Berlanga = honestly entirely irrelevant career outside being a Canelo dance partner since the whole "chase for Tyrone Brunson's consecutive KO1 record" went bust. When your best win is arguably Jason Quigley (a complete lackluster bust and mediocrity in the pros) you're not a very serious contender.

    • Stevenson = blah.

    • Zepeda = don't dislike him or anything, but he's definitely my second favorite Zepeda to watch (after Chon) -and taking a mere split and majority decision over more or less the same current version of Farmer that Schofield just blitzed - and being put down by him, no less -doesn't inspire much confidence in him being the one to humble the dull Jersey gremlin.

    • Puello = very cagey style that involves too much tying up for my tastes. Probably got a bit lucky versus Sandor Martín.

Not sure if my confidence in Berlanga blitzing Sheeraz should've taken a hit or been bolstered after that unhinged display. Because he's certainly unwell. He apparently going through the same kind of mid-20's episode that Ryan Garcia and many other guys go through, where we have testosterone spikes and lose our goddamn **** for a year or two. At this point, it's a crapshoot whether he steamrolls him and wins by KO1 or deliriously humps Sheeraz's leg and starts baying at the moon.

I watched some of the presser Berlanga and Shakur are absolute clowns especially Berlanga though the guy hasn't achieved anything and thinks he can disrespect an ATG like Oscar I actually hope Sheeraz knocks him TF out. Shakur is just a loud mouth gronk he is all bark no bite talks tough but fights like a coward.

Ha that got a good laugh out of me. Yea Im not sure if he's going to channel that into the need for a hug or the need to kick ass. He made the mistake of thinking Oscar was going to take that panties jab as an insult instead of a badge of honor that Oscar wears (under his pants that is). After that Oscar just went straight into pushing buttons mode to keep escalating a reaction (fake Puerto Rican, no world title, fake jewelry). Oscar won on points in that press conference 119-109, but it wasn't pretty

Balanga is delusional and a clown , thinks he is all that ..

Hamzah can easily fight at 175 right now .. I really can't understand for the life of me why he stuck around 160 for that long ...

Anyway alot of people doubting Hamzah because of his last performance where he injured his right hand and was severely weight drained..

I'm expecting a career best performance from Hamzah and he will stop Balanga inside 6 one sided rounds and if this clown makes the mistake of trying to force his way in Hamzah will KO him even sooner ..

Hamzah is going to a problem at 168 .. mark my words ..

Only watched a brief bit of the press conference but whilst this is a good card it's also a complete clown show and it makes we want to vomit

We have Berlangy who is hands down the most delusional fighter ever. He's a ''legend'' in his own mind who has been carrying on like he's a superstar since at least the first time he showed up on my radar and likely significantly longer than that. It's genuinely painfully cringe worthy listening to him speak and just observing the way he carries himself. I really hope Hamzah knocks him spark out in HL reel fashion.

Shakur acting like a clown and like he's a power puncher all of a sudden

Khataev failed a PED test but the fight is still going ahead

And I've just seen a clip of Haney and Norman running into each other at the venue. Haney actually looked bigger than Norman and once again, just as he did to his opponents at 135 and 140, he immediately started to try and unsettle Norman by telling him he's ''too small.''

He's at his third weight class now, has literally never beaten anyone close to his size, and is boasting to his next opponent, a career 147, about being bigger than them

And even if Norman is his size and he does beat him many will act like finally beating someone his size is some amazing achievement and he's a P4P great when beating world class opponents and world champions your size is what you're supposed to do and is the absolute bare minimum requirement for warranting even being mentioned as a top 30 P4P fighter. The absolute bare minimum and he hasn't done it once in 33 fights

Cringe worthy unlikeable clowns the lot of them outside of Sheeraz, Morrell and Zepeda the later of whom I know very little about in that regard but he seems OK

I can’t stand berlanga and I hope he loses but he’s very carefully managed and promoted I think they know sheeraz is a hype job and his packing glass in his chin I expect berlanga to blitz him and destroy him in under 4 rounds and then berlanga to act like second coming of mike Tyson in post fight interview

I don't know how baddass that kid actually is, but Oscar might find him alone in a parking lot somewhere and beat the **** out if him and then let his GF **** him in the ass. He'd post that **** after, too, no doubt.

So on topic...what's the actual deal with the "no running" rule? If it's a thing, how will it be enforced? Is it a small ring? I don't think that this is a PPV worthy card at all. 60 bucks on top of my subscription? Another insult to the fans. That said, if the ring is a phone both, I might be tempted.
