I always got the impression that James mopped up that Al Haymon money in his career when he went over to the US, so he wouldnt need to resort to this low grade ****.

By the end of his career his back and shoulder were minced, I know everyone gets injuries but his came across as properly bad.

Anthony Ogogo is over in America doing pro wrestling, they're mates so I hope Ogogo gives him a call

If it is a money issue how much will he get paid for this really? Doubt it's that much to make a difference

    It says
"UFC veterans Derek Brunson and Aspen Ladd also joined the BKFC roster alongside former boxing champion James DeGale."

Maybe he's joining for some kind of promotional reason and not actually fighting.
    Hopefully that's the case.

Dreadful decision. He hasn't got the power for bare knuckle fighting and was completely shot in his last few fights against Truax and Eubank Jr.

De Gale is one of the biggest tossers in boxing. He could barely stand up straight against Eubank. He was fried.

Degale was a superb fighter but his last few years as a pro he was ravaged with injuries, took punishment and nowhere near the same fighter he once was.

He’s clearly kept himself in shape so probably feels great because he isn’t putting himself through the mill in training camps like he was years back but he’s older, inactive etc and doesn’t have a style that transitions to BKB

This won’t end well. Not a good move
