Fair play to Hamzah to step up in weight and go in at that level and do that, British Boxing hasn't had many wins as impressive as that in the states for a long while.

Credit to QP as well, they signed a lot of relatively unknown fighters 5 years ago plus, and they got some absolute gems now

I think Team Davis will keep with away from Shakur. Davis is real quality. But I just cannot see anyone beating Shakur. I cannot see anyone beating him over 12 rounds. Only hope is stopping him. First problem, is landing on him !

Sheeraz showing what he can do with two good hands and a step up in weight.

    Clinical performance

Really impressed with Andy Lee as a trainer. Great work with Donovan, helped turn Parker around and now Sheeraz & Whittaker have put in much-improved performances straight after joining him.

    Agree

I think Tank’s a bit off the reservation at the moment — still getting into trouble, still bashing up women, and that Roach fight probably rattled him more than people admit. He'd been blowing guys away until then.

As for Shakur, I don't see anyone beating him at lightweight. Just too sharp, too disciplined over 12.

The fight I actually would’ve liked to see was him vs. the other Davis — Keyshawn. Ton of ability, great backstory, but looks like he’s moving up now. Shame, that would've been a real chess match.

Hats off to Sheeraz. Great performance.

I have not been his biggest admirer so far and think he was overrated as a boxer but he deserves a lot of respect for this win.

I bought the PPV and watched the event this morning. Quite entertaining.

Just a shame there was almost no atmosphere and I didn't like that DAZN changed commentators after 3 fights. Strange.

Fair play to Sheeraz. Didn't see him winning, especially by KO in such a clinical fashion. Massive performance on a big stage, proves the doubters wrong and shows he's world level and ready for the big fights.

Looking at the fight, he did. The reason I didn’t read too much into the Adames performance is because he’s much more skilled than Berlanga, he’s defensively responsible and better at setting up and disguising his attacks and punching off of his defence, he gets off of the centre line on the way in and stays alert in the pocket.

Berlanga comes forward in more predictable patterns, with his feet and punches and doesn’t get his head off of the centre line, which makes him much easier to time. His head movement was also lazy in the pocket, as if the punches owed it to him to miss as long as he moves his head up and down in some way, he wasn’t alert to the punches.

Sheeraz is much better and it suits him when an opponent comes straight at him, because his punch selection in the pocket is excellent and he’s quick and has great timing, and the predictable patterns of Berlanga made it easier to time his rhythm as opposed to Adames, who was much smarter and aware about making his patterns hard to time.

His excellency and Fwank must have breathed a sigh of relief this weekend. Their boy came through. Great performance.

Frank's built the real stable despite MR having all the advantages a few years back. Kind of motivational considering how bad he was on the ropes during the Matchroom FC era.

Big credit goes the Frank Warren too , he saw something in Hamzah who didn't really have a great amateur background .. took a chance on the lad and we here now ..

Hamzah is now mandatory for the WBC 168lbs title..

It's been more than 30 years since a media colleague told me that you should never underestimate or write off Frank Warren :)

If London ever got bombed again the only thing still standing would be Frank Warren.
