Really hope this is the case as the last thing boxing needs is utterly pointless trilogies when one fighter is clearly and fairly 2-0 up. I think Usyk said that he has one more fight after the Dubois rematch. So, I do wonder who that will be against.
Fury thinks that, because he beat up Chisora once every couple of years in pointless rematches, the literal world heavyweight champion needs to grant him the same privilege. Trilogies are only needed when it's 1-1; otherwise, it's a pointless discussion. Joe Parker has beaten Zhang, Wilder, and Bakole, after Dubois pulled out last minute, and Fury thinks he gets a shot ahead of him? Do me a favour.
Recently Usyk said one more fight after Dubious. Unless El Turkey puts up hundreds of millions of $$, a 3rd fight won't be accepted by the fans and wouldn't be a huge money maker.
