I think at 130-135 he’d give him (and just about everyone else) a tough fight, but Floyd would prevail, winning 7-8 rounds.

Similar in some ways to the Zab fight where Camacho has success early on, Floyd adapts and begins to time him and land more consistently, and then Camacho goes more into a defensive shell.

I say at 130 the whirling dervish and force of nature that was the young Macho Man doesn prevail. By decision, just too much speed/movement/odd-angle attacking in and out … he wins 8-4 in rounds.

Above 130, I go with PBF. Also decision. No way he stops Camacho, who was about as close to unstoppable as anyone. When it came time for him to take a whupping, he took it like a man.

I say no, the speed, the southpaw stance and iron chin wouldn't have been enough against one of the best fighters of all time. Moreover Camacho, undoubtedly a champion, has lost by a wide margin to fighters of a higher caliber than himself (Chavez, Trinidad, and De La Hoya), so I don't think a great champion like Mayweather, with a top-notch Ring I.Q., would have had trouble reading Camacho's boxing and finding his weaknesses.

Macho has a sneaky good chance of pulling the upset at 130-135.

No ... no. Camacho was maybe his best at 130, but Mayweather was pretty great at that weight, himself.

I think Mayweathers boxing IQ would be too much for Camacho but Camacho could win.
