They’re all close fights, and Briedis probably wins based on how their actual fight went when Usyk was in his prime, there’s more unknowns with Usyk against the other 2, although I’d probably pick Usyk to beat Spinks at heavyweight based on size.
Physical prime, probably... Equally... Usyk is like a gestallt - the more he experiences, the better he gets mentally. And with a fighter whose IQ and tactical ability is such a big part of how he performs, it's likely that his physical prime isn't necessarily his performance prime. Odds are his physical decline is enough that he's past his absolute best nonetheless - but I don't think it's automatic that Briedis would've beaten this version. Plus... Would Briedis cope with heavyweight Usyk with the extra power? How would the weight discrepancy affect the outcome? Briedis was great - I think I'd still back current Usyk to get the job done, but I'm not sure I'd bet on it
Usyk beats them all on the same night, especially Spinks, who **** his pants before the fight with Tyson and was brutally knocked out...
A prime Usyk had a very competitive fight vs Breidis and yet you think a 38 year old Usyk beats all of them on the same night ?
I wouldn't say he's improved at age 38 it's a mark of his greatness he's still winning at age 38 but he's certainly not better. Go watch Usyk in his WSB fights he was considerably faster and sharper than what he is now.
