Wouldn't worry about it. It would take a series of unfortunate events or a targetted campaign from the testing agencies to crack these high level PED regimes Personally I think they should report in detail any TUE's that fighters have but I guess it's classed as private medical information.
I honestly don't think he would take them. Usyk really does seem like a good guy that plays fair and just wants to be the best. I don't think it's a façade or an act with him.
