    Exactly

He won every round vs Stiverne but thats not working vs someone as explosive as Dubios

    Wilder KO round 9

Dubios drops Wilder early but Wilder survives and comes back and drops Dubios in the 9th

    Dubios gets knocked out/quits

    50 / 50.

    Dubois is better.

If he comes straight at DW the way he did with AJ, he could make even shorter work of him than he did with AJ.

But his chin is questionable and if DW manages to land something significant early, the fight could end early in Wilder's favour.

    Could go either way.

Dubois would probably dominate the fight but Wilder would eventually catch him and knock him down, there's little chance that Dubois could recover from that knockdown, so it would be safer to bet on Wilder...

Wilder had no quit, granted... But decent chin is a bit of an exaggeration - average at best, a decent chin doesn't get stopped by Fury - Dubois wouldn't have needed to land full power to stop him, IMHO.

I could see Wilder landing, but I think it's more likely he'd have been out of there before he got chance to... Dubois is a level or two above anyone he ever beat.

I would say Ortiz is better than Dubois certainly more skillful and would have a great chance of beating him in a H2H match up.

    Dubois has beaten contenders.

Ortiz best win was gatekeeper Jennings... Several years before losing to Wilder at 38... It's extremely generous to put that Ortiz above gatekeeper level by that point, if he ever was.

That version of Ortiz was several years past his best win, on heart meds and never proved he was a top level fighter.

More skilled, possibly - he certainly looked slicker, but would he have been able to translate that into a top level fight? Possibly, but it's much harder to look good against more serious fighters.

Dubois beat a 300+ pound obese Miller.

Headbutted his way to a win vs Hrgovic which has an asterisk over it for the amount of headbutts 20+ ?

Joshua solid win but he's 35 years old and at the end of his career.

Ortiz was avoided and was too old before he started getting the real big fights. But I would favour a younger Ortiz against Miller, Hrgovic, and certainly the 35 year old version of Joshua who's at the end.

Dubois is nothing special and has a suspect heart there's no reason he would be a significant favourite over a younger Ortiz.

I back Dubois to do well against stationary targets, and he’s the more proven of the two.

Wilder is less skilled but he's a lot looser than DD and I think he's much tougher mentally and physically. I could see him taking this.

Wilder will never quit,as for Dubois well our eyes don’t lie ! Wilder will go in the trenches and rather be carried out the ring rather than quit ! Like him or not the man goes out on his shield if need be .
