Think he definitely beats Tony, maybe king as well.
I'm half and half with Primo.
    The rest beat him imo.

Parker clears, Parker is better in every way than Baer, I wouldn’t be surprised if this version of Parker hits harder than Baer also, he’d land the jab at will against Baer who didn’t have a great defence, Parker is also significantly bigger, he’d back him up when he wants, there’s realistically nothing Baer could do with him.

Schmeling is relatively ineffective off the back foot, he has a good counter right that is quick and he measures it well, but he does it off of the front foot or in the middle of the ring when standing off, not on the back foot.

Galento would try to rush Parker, make it rough, but Parker would grab him a few times, find his cool and timing and would probably time him with an uppercut on the way in or something.

Sharkey would be put in his box and would go into survival mode, he’d be stuck on the end of the punches and Parker wouldn’t leave himself open enough to be outboxed, he’d just be able to keep it long and Sharkeywould be stuck on the end.

Carnera gets done, Parker is quicker, can change levels and set up a knockout punch to the stiff, straight up Carnera by changing levels, Parker would go to the body, get Carnera to drop the left and because Carnera would stiff stiff with his upper body, his chin would be there on display for Parker.

    Carnera might actually outbox Parker

His jab was existent, it was okay, but I think the fact that Parker can level change before attacks combined with the fact that Carnera is stiff and flat footed would mean he could drop the hands of Carnera with a level change while jabbing to the body then throw a sharp right over the top, and Carnera would be there flat footed, with his chin in their air straight up, with his left hand low following Parker’s level change.

It may take a few go’s, but I believe he’d have success with it and perhaps end the fight with it.
