Will Usyk be memorable?

    He's actually the best heavyweight since Wlad. Wlad still tops him when it comes to resume.

    I doubt if he will be remembered by the average person the way Muhammad Ali, or even George Foreman or Mike Tyson, are. That is not a slam on Oleksandr Usyk. I see him as a great boxer and a good guy, in and out of the ring. Some boxers are remembered as much for things outside the ring as they are for inside the ring accomplishments. Oleksandr is not exactly flashy in either places.

    All real boxing fans will remember Oleksandr Usyk decades from now. Quite a few casual boxing fans will, also. Some, who occasionally watch boxing, might ... it depends. His wins over Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury, alone, make him very memorable. I do know some non-boxing fans, who know who he is.
