I felt like 2015 was a good time to start because Fury dethroned Klitschko of his title that year and that really set off a new era

My list is a combination of resume and skillset

I funny expect everyone to have my exact order but is there anyone in missing?

    1)Usyk

    2)Fury

    3)Joshua

    4)Wilder

    5)Parker

    6)Dubios

    7)Zhang

    8)Joyce

    9)Ruiz

    10)Ortiz

    11)Whyte

A top 11 is novel. Why not a top 13? Superstitious?

11 years and I felt like Dillian Whyte can be an honorable mention

According to the criteria of your list, Fury is second and AJ is third.
Fury is 3,5-2,5 against opponents on your list and AJ is 3-4.

The ones from 5 down are all lacking something, I feel.
And it's weird Povetkin isn't rated higher than any of those misfits.
But seeing Joyce and Zhang on the list reminded me of when the Juggernaut was destroyed twice after being termed unstoppable. So funny.

That wasn't really my criteria as I would have to drop Wilder out of the top 11 and insert Zhang. But I guess we could use that criteria to split Fury and Joshua, but again I guess it is how you look at it. Wouldn't Fury be 3-2-1 and Joshua 4-4. That would put Fury on 10 points and Joshua on 12. Or maybe that is 1.67 for Fury and 1.5 for Joshua if we base it on number of fights, which would put Fury slightly ahead.

Actually, it might be an interesting exercise to rank them based purely on the criteria of how they all did against each other. But then I would have to swap out Wilder who hasn't actually beaten anyone in the list and switch in Zhang who at least has a pair of wins over Joyce. Then, if I average out rematches to account for guys beating the same guy over and over again, and we get:

    1. Usyk (3-0-0)
    2. Joshua (3-2-1)
    3. Joyce (2-1-0)
    4. Parker (2-3-0)
    5. Kabayel (1-0-0)
    6. Fury (1-1-0)
    7. Whyte (1-2-1)
    8. Zhang (1-2-0)
    9. Dubois (1-2-0)
    10. Ruiz (0-1-1)
    11. Povetkin (0-1-1)

Edit: Then if I convert that to football scores and divide it by number of fights.

    1. Usyk (9 points)
    2. Kabayel (3 points)
    3. Joyce (2 points)
    4. Joshua (1.67 points)
    5. Fury (1.5 points)
    6. Parker (1.2 points)
    7. Whyte (1 point)
    7. Dubois (1 point)
    7. Zhang (1 point)
    10. Ruiz (0.5 points)
    10. Povetkin (0.5 points)

I better stick with my original 11 haha.

    Usyk is clearly 1
    Fury i think is 2
    Joshua is 3

After that I think uts pretty subjective. I would have povetkin in there too

Povetkin, Hunter, Hrgovic and Kabayel could be in there. Perhaps Pulev or Chisora even.

Outside of Usyk that list looks like something compiled by National Lampoon.

Swap Wilder and Povetkin around and that's probably about right, for me...

I'd debate swapping Kabayel out for Chisora... Not because he's been the better fighter at peak performance, but because he fought against consistently good opponents and didn't embarrass himself (while Kabayel spent years and years fighting sub-international level journeymen and wasn't relevant for about 7 of those 10 years).
