Hearns. Never been a huge admirer of Griffith’s style. He works exactly as hard as he needs to to win, but doesn’t seem to have that extra gear to be truly dynamic. He’s too workmanlike, and a workmanlike style will never beat Hearns. To top him, you definitely need that extra gear.
I think that sharp left jab of Hearns would keep Griffith at bay early on. Then if Emile tried to brawl he would be vulnerable to Hearns patented TNT right hand. I'll take "the Hit Man" by KO or late stoppage.
Hearns and pretty clearly, most likely via late stoppage. Griffith just doesn't have the firepower to deter Hearns in any way.
