It seems that a handful of other sites starting to report 10-rounds after the final press conference and weigh ins. It is plausible Warren not liking what he saw made a last-minute change

I'm glad you said this, because I thought I was going crazy thinking it was a 12 rounder and then it was suddenly a 10 rounder everywhere. Whyte might be right in that they are trying to screw him over.
Parker is the WBO Interim title holder, so definitely not. It was supposed to be for WBO International or some shyte like that.
Whyte's best chance is to chin Moses early and get him out of there or so hurt to make him ineffective. The whole "weather the storm" and go to "deep waters" thing seems misplaced because Whyte's not got the chin for it. He needs to be hurting Moses quite early really.
