Of those it’s between Robinson and Duran.
Now I think Robbo and Duran are no 1 at welter and lightweight.
Robbo could be no 1 at junior middle, Duran could be no 1 at junior welter.
Robbo at middle v Duran at welter could be the difference.
Robinson has more depth here , but he doesn’t have a win like Montreal, then again he was older at middle than Duran was at welter.
Would I choose more middles to beat Robbo than I would welters over Duran ? Hmm, it’s very close between these two.
If they’d fought a series I think Duran would win one.
Armstrong, Charles, Robbo, Duran would probably be my top 4 but I’m not sure about the order.

His resume is just too ridiculous. From a draw with Ken Overlin, to beating Moore 3x and finally besting Joe Louis. That is simply unheard of, it sounds like a fairytale.

OK, so GOAT? What does that mean and why? Best boxer...even that simple claim is a bit of a conundrum. Pound for pound is something that always seems an afterthought, an asterisk to prevent us simply trotting out Louis, Dempsey, Ali, Tyson...yet, pound for pound, ounce for ounce, has there been a boxer who has had more of a cultural impact, is more recognised in history, not just boxing history, history itself, than Muhammad Ali.

Ali IS the greatest, he said it, we agreed and so he shall remain. Foreman claimed Ali wasn't the necessarily the best boxer he'd fought, he was the best man. That says it all...Miss your presence every day champ, Px
