Isnt October 25th the one date Parker said he didn't want a fight since it shis brothers wedding? Crack up.

Decent fight, good of Parker to be taking these risks when he is sitting on his interim

Parker has to be the clear favourite here, so much more experience and skill than Wardley. Wardley definitely has power, but Parker has a decent chin and more pop than Huni.

So Usyk unavailable until early next year?

Wardley is a solid opponent for Parker, risky too. Wardley may be a stunningly average boxer but he is really super tough and really super powerful, he really can crack and he can take one too.

I can see Wardley dropping Parker once but I think Parker has enough nous and tricks up his sleeve to win a comfortable enough decision here. Huni basically showed the blueprint to beat Wardley, and Parker with his experience and talent is more than capable of finishing the job.

Wardley carries serious power and this fight is a risk, but I see Parker winning by UD...

The skill and experience gap will likely be enough for Parker to win a decision here, but Wardley's power and youth pose a very real threat. Parker has a good chin but I'm not sure it's as good as it was 5/6 years ago.

Not what we wanted, but I agree.

Parker should just go on carving out a good legacy for himself.

I have never been impressed with wardley. I expect parker to be able to finish the fight when he presses the action.
Wardley is not on a similar level. And parker being solid with a good chin leaves no chances to wardley who is no zhang.

Wonder why the wardley side would take this fight. For parker it would be stay busy with an english opponent for a good amount of money. What does wardley get? A title shot in the unrealistic case he wins? He has to knock parker out to do that...

He might be full of self belief after that Huni win. Has Wardley ever tasted loss as a fighter? He didn't have an amateur career, so he could just genuinely believe in himself and his power and ability to get wins against guys who are more skilled and experienced than himself.

Of course they want that world title. This is the perfect fight for them.

I'm going to go against the grain and say Wardley catches him in the later rounds.

Thank you, we need more people picking Wardley. I typically like to support the underdog and try and figure out how they could win, but I'm also a big Parker fan so this is tricky for me.

I almost feel like changing my vote and cheering for Wardley here, it needs to be more balanced.

They're just not going to get it. And I assume they could earn more with easier opponents.

Wardley always looks bad until he finds his shot. After the parker loss his stock will fall almost as much as jared anderson's after bakole...
