“On the level” is a bit subjective. To answer the question, yes he is 100%. Can it be said that Mayweather ever took the risk and fought somebody’ of Crawford’s ability while in their prime? If we’re being “honest”, the answer is clearly no. Pac was waited out but other available fighters were clearly avoided as well. Not suggesting these guys would have beaten May buy he wanted no part of prime Paul Williams and Margarito, who may very well have presented a stylistic nightmare for him. Oscar deserved a D despite being past it. Castillo got jobbed in 1st go and he’s not “on the level” of Craw.
