This seems like the perfect fight to make. Kabayel hasn't done anything since the Zhang victory and he would be up against someone who is a former two-time champion. For Dubois it will bring him closer to a title shot after his loss. Heavyweight is kinda stagnant right now. Usyk is too busy doing random dances in some place, so the other fighters in the division should start to fight each other. Plus both are aligned with Frank Warren, and most importantly - this would be an awesome fight. Who would you guys pick?
Kabayel stoppage. He can box Dubois or he can walk him down. Easy money. I can already see BubblesUK saying Dubois has a better "resume" and therefore beats Agit lol
Dubois has huge physical gifts and plenty of talent, but up against Kabayel, who is also a big talent, but has every intangible that Dubois doesn’t?
Kabayel is a vicious uppercut waiting to happen. You can only go toe to toe and keep your mandible exposed for so long before you get caught against a genuine heavy hitter. Dubois - on paper at least - might be the guy to do that. BUT... I cannot for the life of me see Dubois weathering a storm of body shots from him without taking the knee. If it goes past 4 Rds and into deepwaters I think it goes the same way as the Zhang fight. Kabayel gets my vote.
I would very much like to see this fight. It's one of many excellent heavyweight matchups that could be made if Fish Eyes and Turki just had the will to do it.
Exciting fight. Would have to favour Kabayel via vicious TKO. In saying that, Dubios has a chance if he plays dirty
Kabayel grinds Dubois down and stops him IMO. Felt that way even immediately after Dubois' win over Joshua.
Dubois imho after his duck of parker last minute and then the after-party sparring with usyk is not worth to be given another shot . Kabayel would finish him but i think kabayel just does not care .
A lot of people are writing off Dubois too quickly here! With that said, the only chance Dubois has, and it is a very good chance IMO is that he gets Kabayel out of there early considering as Dubois is very good in the early rounds and can crack. Kabayel is hittable and he can be hurt and dropped, and he is a big uppercut waiting to happen. I think Dubois gets the early KO, after a slugfest - not too confident though. I just don't think Kabayel has the defensive tools to keep Dubois off him. There is levels between Kabayel and Usyk. Would be a great fight though, if it does go long and Kabayel survives the early onslaught, then Kabayel should chop Dubois down late and make him give up.
