Oh I know they stopped him but I'm talking about getting stopped early, like Ken Norton did. Only Tyson got him out early.
I agree he’d have a good chance against all those men: Not definitely saying he’d win but it’s a real possibility
No way, Wilder would come out blasting, there would be no way Bruno could evade his power or take any of his right hands.
Bruno had a pounder of a jab. If you didn't get out of the way of it or dissuade Frank from throwing it you were going to be in trouble. I saw Frank's real problem being his gas tank, both physical and mental. Guys could outlast him. I think he does fairly well against his fellow frontrunners.
Hi Mark. On closer inspection I don't think he did, to me a " fragile " chin would be owned by a Satterfield or Patterson, someone who would be repeatedly knocked down, or knocked out more than their fair share, Bruno had a good chin ( Tyson blow out aside ) moreover it was his stamina, or lack of it, that put him in peril, because he was so frigid, so tense, and muscle bound, his lactic acid would burn out at an alarming rate, that was more his failing than his chin, in my estimation of his defeats, some posters will beg to differ, that's their prerogative, as it is yours. stay safe Mark Anthony, always have time for your thoughts and posts. Mike.
'Could' beat threads are always interesting for fighters like Frank, because someone with that power and decent basics 'could' beat anyone. People forget his basics. He was outboxing Lewis for instance. If we pick the theoretical unicorn Frank, the one that holds it all together over twelve, the one who hits like a truck, the one who works behind that ramrod jab...well, hes a handful for most, isn't he?
