A schooling, in which Crawford was outlanded in Power Punches 83-70, was outlanded to the Body 51-23, was out%ged % 29.3%-21.5%. These numbers do not look good for Crawford that's all I'm saying. Canelo really controlled most of the fight, but those big moments, and there were more than a few, but they didn't happen in the majority of the rounds. And there were enough rounds that Crawford wasn't landing great punches and wasn't doing enough to offset what Canelo was doing as would be expected to be the case.

If you repeat this 1,000 more times, they will reverse the decision. Happy?

The Ring AI scorecard had Canelo up 4-1 after 5 rounds. That is a commanding lead for Canelo. Meanwhile the Netflix unofficial scorecard had Crawford up 4-1 after 5. That's two extremes. A more reasonable card would have it 3-2 either way. But they're alreadey on the extremes. This raises suspicion of course. And The Netflix card had Crawford wining the 6th and the 7th as well. putting him up 6-1 after 7. Now we need to hear how the AI came up with that card and gave all those rounds to Canelo. And all the live scores in favor of Canelo in the RBR.

There are many reasons to reasonably score this for Crawford, but lets keep it real, Bud's offense was inconsistent at best. Now he technically landed more punches, but how many were effective and how many of Crawford's bursts of punching were enough to swing rounds? On the other hand, did Canelo's body shots impress? In the past he's been able to score to the body and win close rounds. In some cases, that happened again tonight, rounds full of Canelo just walking Crawford down landing to the body, coming forward. Also I don't know if you noticed but the ring was very big. There was talk about the ring being smaller than usual in the build up but it ended up being big maybe as big as the 22 foot BJS ring? There was also that platform that was cool. All in all it was a spectacular event and the fight lived up to the hype. I mean it was a much better fight than Mayweather Pacquiao and think about that for a moment. The most anticipated fight of our lifetime, Mayweather Pacquiao turned into a dud while Canelo Crawford a fight that no one thought they wanted ended up turning into a classic, in which Canelo was dethroned in a way that many have argued against in the past. So this is a very different kind of a situation you could say and there are many layers that need to be unpacked here in regards to this match.

There's a thing called ringcraft, that you don't seem to be familiar with. Look it up.

I can only comment on the way i view fights/results.
My view is based on the facts such as in this case Crawford won, it is indelibly written in the annals of boxing history, as are any of the results boxing fans dispute.
Disputing results is a sporting fans go too, no matter what sport it is.
I am too old to be wasting valuable time disputing results, when older you have to value every moment, as those moments will sooner rather than later be gone.

Have you reviewed the punch stats and the AI scoring. Also all the Canelo scorecards in the RBR.

    Why would i?
Crawford was awarded the win, any research i do will not change the result.

For context, this is a board that overwhelming does not accept the results of Canelo GGG 1 or 2, most claim it was a robbery or corruption. What is your view on Canelo GGG 1?

The boxer who gets the win by KO, TKO or on the judges scorecards is the winner each and everytime.

I learned long ago, i would very quickly not wish to wartch boxing ever again, if i got entangled in the 'robberies, crooked judging or premature stoppages'.

I always hope that the correct winner succeeds, but as all those who have any insight into boxing history know, robberies are not just a 21st century phenomena.

If i was judging the first Canelo vs GGG fight i would have awarded GGG a clear win, but i was not judging so my opinion is meaningless.

Alot of those punches that Canelo got credit for landed on Crawford’s elbows and forearms and didn’t do any damage. IMO Crawford showed that he was the dominant fighter despite Canelo having his moments of aggression.
