It is so hard to know if Fowler is either really thick, or a completely rancid bloke (or both).

But using a death to flog your product is some low.

Both are possible and, indeed, likely.

I think the Twitterati have passed judgement (quite rightly)

This lad has very low levels of self awareness and this video is a shocker.

He’s deleted it now, but expecting any different from Fowler would’ve been the real surprise. And that follow-up — “give up with Twitter… jealous malicious rats… Instagram a much happier place ” — just seals it. Classic deflection: can’t take the stick, so he blames “sad middle-aged men” instead of just owning the fact he tried flogging CBD off the back of someone’s death.

    Delusional fool.

This crossed my mind, wouldn't say it is the best sales pitch, even ignoring the moral side of it

The worst bit about this video is that he must have took at least 48 hours to think about what he wanted to say.

Beyond belief that anyone can stoop so low at such a tragic time for boxing.

And you just know he’d have run that past his little team or whoever’s on the payroll, and they’d all have nodded along telling him it was genius marketing. Says it all really.

I didn't get a chance to see this video. Can anyone tell me what was said?

Not seen it myself but if I was to guess, his CBD oil can cure depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts.

Long and short, his last chat with Ricky was about how CBD had helped his depression so much... ....

The levels of stupidity are off the scale

Not to sound morbid, but being around people like Fowler was probably the tipping point for Hatton. He was a man of the people, sure, but also someone who’d reached the very highest echelons of the sport. To then be reduced to standing next to lads flogging CBD oil… he must have realised how far he’d fallen.

Even Graham alluded to the fact he split from Ricky because of the people he was surrounded by. The reality is, Hatton had outgrown his roots in many ways at that point. Every picture you see of him online, it’s him with people and there’s always a glass in someone’s hand. What he probably needed wasn’t another pint — it was someone to actually listen to him, not exploit him.
