Which Morrison against which Tyson? Like for like I heavily favour Tyson, mainly for his chin and bobbing head movement. But a good version of Tommy could well beat a bad version of Tyson.

Tyson by brutal KO. Morrison is a poor man's Tyson. He does nothing better than him. He's not faster. He's not more powerful. He's not more durable. He probably has a better left hook - but that won't really mean much. It'd be a miracle if he makes it out of the 1st round.

Tommy Morrison simply did not have the chin to get by Tyson. And he’d be an easy target for Mike as well.

on another note I find it ridiculous that for years people have used their wins over Ruddock to draw an honest comparison as though nothing changed about Ruddock between 1991 to 1995. Lou Savarese did better against Buster Douglas than Tyson did.. how did that work out for Lou ?

I dunno. Tyson would have to be really, really, really bad for Tommy to come close. Don't even think Tyson from the Botha fight would lose.

Tommy Morrison vs Jeremy Williams would've been something too. A girl that lives in my complex dates Williams on and off and he wants to come back and face Jake Paul for some big bucks. Old warriors die hard...old habits die hard!!

What year did Morrison and Tillis fight?

How is Tommy going to beat Tyson? Out slugging him? Out boxing him? Out witting him since they both had Cayton as their manager (and Cayton knew Tyson inside out)?

He's not as good as Mike and never would be. Scintillating fight for as long as it lasts but they're on different levels.

Huge fan of Tommy Morrison right here. That I am. He struggled with a past it Carl Williams but showed heart and always showed heart during his career. In fact I think Morrison loses to the Tillis who fought Tyson in 1986. He had fight saving power like a David Tua but unlike Tua his chin was suspect. That's why a fight with Jeremy Williams would be a barn burner!!

A good version of Morrison could go whichever way he wanted against a bad version of Tyson.

What's a bad version of Tyson? The one who fought Jake Paul at 58 years old?

Yeah he was pretty damn old. For that fight to be sanctioned is beyond me. Netflix got a ton of views though.

Honestly I think Morrison might beat the Tyson from 2002 till retirement. That dude was fat and slow.

I know Sangria is a Tyson superfan, but I think he's underestimating how good peak Tommy was. ALSO Tyson was a guy that relied on being razor sharp in the ring ... when he neglected his training and lost that edge he became basically just another tough guy with a big punch. He'd have flashes of brilliance but couldn't carry the style he had when he was at his best throughout the fight. You know it's true.

Say what you like about Tommy, and most people do, but kid loved a fight and gave 100% win, lose or draw. He's not gonna be in awe of Tyson and this attribute either gets him sparked early or makes this a 6 round dogfight. Big heart, big cojones, big power. Maybe my favourite fun fighter.
