With GGG on a comeback trail, and Floyd Sinclair ready to fight Iron Mike, who would win between Floyd and GGG now ?

GGG would beat any version of Mayweather, forever and always.

Because Mayweather never lost and stopped before starting to look bad, there is still this aura of the perfect unbeatable fighter around him and people think he can do magic things.

By now he is out of boxing age. He does showcase exercises. Obviously in great shape for his age and with great knowledge and experience but the same goes for Holyfield now.

Mayweather vs GGG now would be like Holyfield vs Wladimir Klitschko now.

This. As shopworn as GGG looked in the last Canelo fight, Mayweather is even older and more shot. GGG would fold him in half and send him home in a box.

Floyd had his chance to 'school' GGG when they were both still fighting.

Floyd talked a mountain of shyte about Golovkin and how easy it would be for him to beat.

When Gennady offered to got down to Floyd's weight to face him, Floyd immediately wet his panties and fought nonentities like Berto instead.

It's pretty clear who was going to win at the time.

Why do you guys never put Floyd in there with someone his size lol, GGG punches him across the ring. Maybe things could get interesting prime for prime.

Is this an official thing in the works or being discuss by those in power to do it, or is it just serving as a scenario for talking points for the board?

If Canelo made GGG looks like a tortoise, Floyd would be way too fast for him. Floyd picks him apart and wins easily at 154. 160 I give Floyd the edge but GGGs size could be too much.

I agree that Floyd is too small for Golovkin. Hell, he was probably too small for 154.

But Floyd was the guy who said how easily he'd beat Golovkin. :nusenuse:

Both are too old and GGG too big for Floyd. Floyd ducked Winky Wright when he was prime, he never fought bigger guys. Winky refused the dehydration clause Floyd demanded. Floyd might be illiterate but he wasn’t dumb.

Prime Floyd vs Bud Crawford would have been good but again Floyd would only fight if he could have drained Crawdad. No way Floyd fights a fully hydrated Crawford. Crawford would have beat his azz.

Did you mean to reply to me with this?

GGG would give Floyd a dose that would make him wish he was born a woman.

Depends what weight, if they fight in Floyd’s best weight, 147, Floyd wins easy because GGG will be too drained but if they fight at GGG’s best weight, 160, GGG wins due being bigger and stronger.

It would been fun to see them fight @154 when they both were active.

Assuming GGG doesn't have to drain himself down to a lower weight for Floyd, at 160 GGG cuts off the ring and easily stops Floyd

It gets more interesting if GGG has to cut down to 154, that would've been a tough weight cut in his prime, and a brutal one now
