Before witnessing Jones' later career, I would've favored Roy; but now with, more information, I think it's a pick'em. G-Man is not a crude windmiller; he may have hit Jones flush at some point, and the young, prime Jones likely has the same response as the old. I suspect Jones tended to avoid big punchers, even the washed up ones, precisely because he knew from early on that he doesn't have Hagler beard.

 

I can't imagine that was a serious discussion; I recall Chavez claiming to want to fight Julian Jackson, too - which is even sillier.
