This was Morales’ best weight, can’t say the same for De La Hoya.

    Who wins this matchup?

    Oscar.

That jab will land a lot against the Morales defense. And Arum will see to it his moneymaker is the guy with his hand raised at the end. Tough to picture Morales doing much more than hanging tough while winning 2 or 3 rounds, at best.

Oscar too big, tall, fast, and strong, but I'm not sure whether he stops him. Could be on points. Morales was very tough and very experienced. He didn't get stopped until he was older and shopworn from all the wars.

Oscar was never a legitimate 130 pounder. As the A side, he was able to manipulate the rules and be a weigt bully who was MUCH bigger than his opponents.
