Interesting that Usyk chose to ‘like’ and repost this on his own Instagram. Is this the first potential hint that he might be done?

Lennox is jealous of Usyk because Usyk started earning 50 million dollars per fight, and he’s advising him to retire.

Why do retired boxers tend to be so jealous and bitter?

Seems a bit of a leap. Though maybe Usyk getting some more hollywood offers after the buzz on The Smashing Machine?

There's an old saying. It's hard to get to the gym when you wake up in silk pjs and have to fight an overhyped mediocrity like Parker.

Usyk should retire because he has nothing else to prove and father time is unbeaten

Fury was his only motivation and now it's gone. Parker won't get Usyk's juices flowing.

Hopefully he retires on his own terms , Usyk will know when to call it a day , personally if i was getting the money that's being talked about per fight I'd have a few more as it's plain as day he's everyones number in the division.

I do not think usyk will retire until end 2025 since his wbo extension is granted and wbc does not even call usyk-kabayel . He does not have any need .

He will retire when stripping him or defending a belt is imminent .

I think Usyk will fight the winner of Parker-Wardley in late January or February, and then retire.

He turns 39 soon. A fighter who relies on speed and reflexes should not continue on. Let's not forget Ali's loss at age 39 to Berbick, someone he would have easily beaten in his prime years.

To be fair, Usyk has been talking about retirement for a while now. And its also a subject that gets brought up a lot due to his age, so he cant avoid it even if he himself did not think about it.

I personally hope for his sake the retires soon. But then again I would love to see him continue and keep building his legacy. I am very, very curious how his little style change up will work in future fights, or if he even sticks to it.

Usyk has aged about 10x better than Ali.

Usyk will try to fill his pockets as much as he can while he has the chance. I think his final fight will be against Jake Paul, for at least 100 million dollars. After the Dubois fight, we all saw him face to face with Paul in the ring.

Yet, some romantic boxing fans live in a fantasy world, saying, “Usyk has already achieved everything, he’ll probably retire now.”

For professional boxers like Usyk, the only goal is to make as much money as possible. After the Dubois fight, he said, “Thirty-eight is not the end; thirty-eight is just the beginning,” meaning he’s after the money.

In my opinion, he wants to fight Fury and Joshua for the third time to earn huge paydays. And as I said, his final fight will be with Paul.

And for god's sake, stop the crap: "he has achieved everything possible, now it's time to hang the gloves".

At least $200M more is waiting for him in next 2 years. He can buy 500 apartments with that money in luxurious districts .

interesting, he may also have liked and shared it because it is praise from a former champion. I don't know how far we should look into it

I for one would welcome Usyk retiring, ending his career at the pinnacle as the undisputed champ is the way to leave the sport.
