This is the ultimate test of Eubank legendary chin.
Jackson is arguably the most terrifying puncher at the weight.

    12 rounds at Middleweight?

    I'm going with Eubank mate.
Absorbing some absolutely wicked shots , to stop a fatigued Jackson.
    Eubank tko 11 imo

Eubank likely batters Jackson and stops him, Jackson may rock him early on with a single punch and he obviously has a puncher’s chance, but not much beyond that.

I would Go with Eubank to stop him, he can stand Jackson's punches, he stood up Carl Thompson's at cruiserweight and Jackson did not have the best chin.

    Eubank in 6

Eubank weathers the storm and eventually stops Jackson in the late rounds. Jackson's power won't be able to dent Eubanks chin.

Sounds good to me,Fergy. JJ could hit like a nuclear missile but Chris evades or absorbs his best shots and wears him down.

Was supposed to occur but the British board wouldn’t allow Jackson to fight in England due to his eye problems, and American TV turned down Eubank. There was talk of Portugal in June 91 holding it allowing British holidaymakers to buy tickets, but the Watson fight at Earls Court made much more financial sense!

Eubank stops him with eye damage.

Was also talk of Eubank facing Steve Collins in Boston, but again American TV wouldn’t buy it. ABC were close. So Eubank faced Canadian Sherry in his hometown Brighton instead.

I'd actually give Jackson no more than a punchers chance - and what a puncher but Eubank would be too big, too awkward and although his KO record isn't terrifying he could punch.
Even if Jackson could put Snr down i'm not sure he could keep him there. Eubank was tough as old boots and super fit.

Eubank is a natural 180lber Julian Jackson was a 155lber… personally I believe that if CE is wearing Cat Thompson’s punches (a guy I suspect hit as hard as any man up to 220lbs…) JJ isn’t taking him out, I think the size difference is too much and Eubank just mauls him.
