I may be biased here or stubborn. I've liked the Gibbons brothers alot especially Mike. From what I've read a pretty unsung Champion who's also a boxing master mechanic. I would say the same about Crawford. Gibbons record is unreal and Crawford is undefeated. Going by resume alone is enough to take Gibbons. For me Crawford just doesn't have that definitive win against another ATG. Befor Canelo is mentioned i do believe the Canelo of a few yrs ago would have ment something. The more current version of Canelo is a 2 punch fighter. Left hook to body and overhand rt. So for me Crawford still lacks that signature win against another ATG
Terence Crawford in my opinion is overrated .. the guy has never faced a significant size deficit in his entire career, not even the Canelo fight was one .. yet he's passed off as some P4P marvel.. what argument is there that he beats a 6ft LHW like Gibbons who was able to beat ATG Greb & push HW greats like Dempsey .. some of the greatest fighters above 160 that have ever lived.. beating Canelo? LOL.. lets also take away Crawfords modern day advantages like SNAC, lighter hitting gloves, next day weigh ins, more weight divisions, better nutrition & recovery methods.. then throw him in there with them too... & don't give me any of this evolution crap Gibbons looks a skillful operator...
Hi Buddy Absobloodylutely, you know sometimes, just sometimes, I shake my head ever so slightly, when members put together fantasy fights, no disrespect to this poster as always, but please, again not this poster, can we use a little imagination, some of the match ups are woeful,I seriously wonder if the poster is trolling, is it a form of clickbait, I don't know, but it's futile, and serves no purpose, well not to my eyes. stay safe Lonsdale81, chat soon.
