Sad to hear. RIP Champ Burke was one of the bravest fighters I´ve seen. In his return fight with Schwer he took a lot of punishment but kept battling till the final bell. Floored and outpointed a young Pat Barrett. Was brought in as an opponent for the vacant European Champion versus big punching Racheed Lawal in Denmark. Had his opponent out on his feet when knocked spark out. Still bounced back to win a Commonwealth crown, suffered the heartache of seeing Felix Bwalya die at his fists. Good classy boxer with a sharp right hand who always gave his all.
