The fight was great, he did what he said he would and I respect that, win or lose!

 

i ran 5 miles a day some days i did sprints other days long slow runs sparring was good i sparred about 65 - 70 rounds with kenny anderson at first then ricky burns - steven bell then paul McCloskey i like doing the pads they keep you sharp i trained hard for the fight

 

It's good to see boxers come down to the ESB and talk to their fans.

Haven't seen you fight Willie, as I'm in the states, and didn't see the Khan fight, but it seems you made a good showing.

Can you tell us anything about fellow Scot Kevin Anderson? He's coming off a good win over Eamonn Magee.

5 miles a day and quality sparring with Anderson and Burns. Sounds good.

Who are the ABSOLUTE BEST you've sparred with? Ever moved around with Hatton, Calzaghe, Harrison etc?

 

there is some good fights out there as long as the terms are ok im there, i loved sugar ray leonard when i was a wee boy and i like ricky hatton

 

yeah I heard Willie knocked out Harrison in sparring a couple of times.

Audley got a few jabs in on Willie though.

nervousxtian Kevin fought well against Magee but Eamon is a long way past his nest now , the attack+general wear and tear+ age means Eamon isn't nearly the same fighter he once was .

 

now for the really big question....Willie, a hun or a tim?
